MGM has purchased the rights to the classic children's picture book series 'Where's Waldo?' with the intent of producing a live-action film. No word yet on when we may see the wayward, candy-stripped hero on the screen or if the studio has any inclination on who they would want to cast in the…

Naruto Volume 52 Review

Masashi Kishimoto’s popular series about a world of ninjas and ninjutsu has become one of Shonen Jump’s biggest manga series of all time and the volumes have sold millions of copies worldwide, as well as having an anime television series, trading cards, toys, a clothing range and many other merchandise.

This week sees the release of the english-translation of volume fifty two (an achievement in itself to reach such a high number) and after all this time, Kishimoto and his art team…

Hey hey hey Spilleos,

Since we all love the spill crew's rating system, I figured I'd adapt it to comics, so...

ROB LIEFELD (And Why I Want to Be Him)

Untapped Story Potential:

It just hit me that there are very few movies dealing with what goes behind the scenes in the comic book industry.

There are some seriously dramatic untapped stories here. How about a biography chronicling…

Top 10 Greatest Mark Hamill Joker Moments

http://images4.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20070715122912/dcanimated/images/c/c6/Jokerrotj.jpg

With the release of Batman: The Animated Series, a turning-point began in the career of Mark Hamill, the actor made famous for his portrayal of Luke Skywalker in the original Star Wars trilogy. Forced into a stagnant position due to typecasting, Hamill had to face the problem that many actors before him who have been genre typecast:

breaking it. Unlike many of those before him, Hamill found a very novel

way to do…

My thoughts before, and during the first ten minutes of "Watchmen".

I find it incredibly difficult to comprehend the levels of disappointment that I had felt after this films credits rolled. This film had a bigger build up than any film that I remember. Cloverfield had nothing on this

Comics of Interest - Two Booms!

Initial Reaction: LEAVE MY PHILIP K. DICK alone!!! Yes a great movie an even better director's cut were made from the property but by the law of crap all things arc to crap the more the property is developed. There was a neat adventure game made back in the mid 90's that was like 5 disks long (about 1 DVD today) was a mix of the book and movie (yes there are differences) but I get worried that every time this property is set to develop it will go… Continue
