I’ve always seen Tim Burton as a cult director, and the reason I say this is that he has never been mainstream or even been a big office generator. Sure he has his major financial hits now and again, but they
are nothing compared to directors like Spielberg, Cameron, or even
Michael Bay. This newest film of his however has become the film that
just won’t die, as it has slowly but steadily crept up the box office
