The ultimate team up for the rights of superheroes!
That sounds like a pretty awesome concept, right? If that was the synopsis you first heard of this game and you didn't read comics, it would sound pretty awesome. Does this game live up to that one sentence?
Yes and no. It's definitely not ultimate, but it's pretty cool for comic geeks like myself. On with the pros.
The roster of this game is huge, and although it takes out a few great characters from the first game…

Okay, screw the synopsis, since there wasn't one that I couldn't find at all and get right to the review.
Review:
What can I say, I knew the film was going to be shit, but I didn't realize how shitty we're talking about. Here's a good joke. What's worse than a steaming pile of shit? Jennifer's Body. I'm serious. If you thought Megan Fox was bad in the Transformer's movies, wait until you see this. Poor Amanda Seyfried acted acted circles around that skank and…

So, I know that many of you Spillers believe that the recent industry re-shaping Disney/Marvel deal is a negative. I admit then when the news first broke I was shocked as well. I had thought that with the success of Iron Man (I read somewhere that Marvel Ent. made $200 million in '08 from all of their films) and the forging of their coming slate of features that Marvel would prosper independently in the next decade.
So when this purchase news hit the web, I didn't know what to think.…

Now normally, I never watch the MTV video music awards and the only reason I was watching the awards this year was because I wanted to see the tribute for Michael Jackson at the beginning and to catch the premiere of the This Is It trailer which hasn't been on at the time of writing this.
But while I was watching this, I kept asking myself 'What The F--K?' because there were so many moments during this show that I had to keep asking myself this.
Where do I…

The opening scene of
The Baader Meinhof Complex is a fine metaphor for what's to come in the rest of the movie, a mostly historically-accurate chronicle of radicals in West Germany getting their Marxist slings at those in power in the early 1970s. We see a nude beach- Janis Joplin's Mercedes Benz crooning on the soundtrack- and a family, a wife and husband, the wife being Ulrike…

It's a late night over here in the Big Apple and I just got back to my dorm after catching an early screening of the zombie roller coaster ride that is "ZOMBIELAND." I'm actually glad that Zombieland was the first screening I've ever attended and will be the first movie I've ever written a review about for the simple fact that it was a very enjoyable film.
When Zombieland is finally released, I'm sure there will be a lot of people who…
