Yesterday, I sold a pair of tickets to a guy to the midnight Twilight movie. The unusual thing is that he proudly exclaimed that he and his drinking buddy are going to the film in an effort to pick up girls. I tried to talk him out of it, but he clearly was borrowing from Uncle Korey’s handbook on picking up girls.
Well, the midnight show happened, and the stories are making the rounds, and holy shit, I’m surprised the cops weren’t there to make several arrests.

selling around 20,000 copies a month, but their quality is just as good

Yes, it's that time again. Another Twilight movie hits theaters this week, so of course you get another blog regarding this particular "franchise".
While I perfectly understand that I'm not the target audience for these movies I still have to admit that I don't like the way that these movies were made. I've already pointed out once back in July of 2009, that there is a lack of respect for the audience… Continue

Now generally, I am not much of a reality show person, because calling them a “reality show” is like calling WWE an “athletic competition.” They are fake, scripted, and much more focused on evoking drama between their characters then actually making something worth watching. The result is a host of segmented crap which at its best,
only serves as a guilty pleasure that one laughs at for its pure
While MTV is too far gone at this point for me to demand my MTV, “So You Think You Can Dance's” new format is not even half a season in yet. After speaking with a few fans, whether they grew up dancing or like this fan, have become a fan due to our girlfriends' love of dance, one thing is clear about season 7's new format–we want…
My apologies for this week’s updates, as I usually try to watch at least most of the releases before I write them up, but this week, with the Spill fest and the prep for the LEOG party taking up so much of my time, I didn’t get the chance to watch many of them. I’ll do the best I can for ya...
There are just so many good comics that are hanging on in the middle of
the pack where the big two don't like their comics to be. These comics
are selling around 20,000 copies a month, but their quality is just as
good as anything out there. They are filling the universes with
characters who should be heroes as well known as the justice league, but
they are overlooked because of public perception or unfamiliarity with
the characters. I don't even read all of the… Continue
