One upon a time, in a magical and mythical lands know as the Belgium and France, a group of comic book artists spend their time working on some of the best comic book series ever made. things where easily censored in those days you see, and yet they didn’t want to reduce themselves on doing some silly comic strip just for kids. So they use all their satiric skills to make their work as sophisticated as possible. Soon Franco-Belgian world flood with very clever comic books, who while visually… Continue

And here's my progress on Cyrus. He's not as far along as Korey, so don't be too harsh. But to be honest, so far Cyrus has been the most fun to work on out of the 5. I'm not sure why. His hair is really cool to work with, even though it needs some work. Anyway, enjoy, more to come. :D…
My friend just sat me down to watch what I think might be one of my favorite romantic comedies ever. It's called Watching the Detectives. I'm actually surprised there is a movie will Cillian Murphy that I hadn't heard of before, because I really love him as an actor. And I've always liked Lucy Liu ok, but in this movie she is just too fucking adorable, in that really crazy way. Yeah, I'm not gonna go too deep into it, I just thought I'd make a… Continue

The Blues Brothers is a 1980 comedy starring Dan Aykroyd and John Belushi based on the popular characters from Satuday Night Live. Jake Blues (Belushi) has just gotten out of jail and he and his brother, Elwood (Aykroyd), go to the orphanage where they grew up only to find out that it is going to be closed if it doesn't pay $5000 in property tax. After seeing what Christopher Nolan did with the Batman film franchise after Batman Begins, I became a devoted fan of his back in 2005. In the summer of 2008, that same fangasm I had experienced with the first movie reappeared in the form of The Dark Knight, which still stands as my number one favorite movie. So yeah, I'm a Nolan fanboy who will verbally punch you in the face if you say anything bad about him. I'm not ashamed to admit… Continue

First: No, I hated this as much as the rest of you.
However, I never really watched the very original series, nor the G1 series, as I was born in '86, and I didn't develop the consciousness to analyze what I watched until I watched another Transformers series, the Canadian-made 'Beasties' that I took to the Transformers concept, and appreciated how the characters interacted, as well as being the second time I really saw the good guys get beaten (first time was Astro Boy). I… Continue

So, Cyrus is now done and I am really excited how they are turning out. I need to add Korey's earrings but that's about it, but I think he looks really gay if I put two earrings, so i think I'm going to do just one. No offense Korey. Also, I used a lighter brown felt for his skin color that looked a lot better then a darker brown, trust me or he would've been looking like one of those nergo face cookies. hahaha
So Michael Bay got paid $75 million to do this sequel to his 2007 summer hit, Transformers. $75 million to produce a $200 million movie.
Holy shit that's a lot of money.
Of course, we as the audience get the Michael Bay bang for his buck with tons of robots, explosions, action, and Shia Lebouf running around screaming the word "NO!" as a Terminator-esque Decepticon chases him through a highly idyllic Princeton that… Continue

So, I went to the movie theaters today to catch both Year One and Transformers: Revenge Of The Fallen.
As I walked in, I was worried that both movies were going to be horrible and as I walked out... well, allow me to express my thoughts. First up, Year One...
Alvin and The Chipmunks 2 the Squeakqueal will feature the Chippettes, the Chipmunks female counter parts. The plot will focus around the Chipmunks competeting against the Chippettes in a $100,000 Battle of the Bands.
I previously compared and discussed the beginnings of both of these mayor animation companies, comparing and contrasting their initial works. Antz for DreamWorks and Toy Story/Bug's Life for Pixar. It seemed to be obvious that Pixar was way ahead of the game, mostly because the committed to telling a story, while DreamWorks opted for reaching new technical achievements.
It was then that DreamWorks decided to create an original story, which took elements from various fairy tales. This… Continue
"Fate has yielded its reward: a new world to call home. We live among its people now, hiding in plain sight, but watching over them in secret, waiting, protecting. I have witnessed their capacity for courage, and though we are worlds apart, like us, there's more to them than meets the eye. I am Optimus Prime, and I send this message to any surviving Autobots taking refuge among the stars. We are here. We are waiting."…
