Wow The kids Winter break is over, And Vaughn came home with a homework assignment that made him cry. The assignment was for me to read him a the book that the school sent home, ask him how he feels, then draw a picture of how he felt about the story. The story was about Ruby Bridges, a little black girl who was going up when whites and blacks couldn't mesh together. Being that he's mixed (Black, Irish and Puerto Rican, ummm yea I know) I used His paternal side of the family as an example and… Continue

Damn it's late, but I gots to report da news. Here's a cool video I found online with J.J. Abrams, were he talks about the release date change from December 25, 2008 to May 8, 2009 for Star Trek, gives people a little idea on what to expect from a Cloverfield 2 film and the best part of the video in my opinion is when he discuss...oh never mind, I'll just let it be a big suprise for those who haven't heard the news yet. Here ya go!…
At least for today, I'm not going to school. Why? Let's just say I'm sick, but thank god (or whatever is up there, if there is something up there) for pain killers. Yup, just chilling, drinking tea and eating pancakes. Unfortunately, school work needs to be done too. *sigh*

Comingsoon.net has finally got confirmation on the next Transporter movie:

I'm 19, and I hate it already! =) Gonna be a sweet year!... Fuck that. Oh well, nothing I can do about it(Lie #1). This is dumb. I'm 19, I'm drunk, I'm alone in my dark as Hell itself room. What do I have to show for my 18th year of breathing?! Well, I know a bit of Russian. I know about Quantum Physics. I FINALLY STARTED MY NOVEL! Oh and I'm fucking moving. What great deeds I've done(Lie #2).
Well, I think I feel better. I do... Oh Happy Birthday, Mister Cash!
Speaking at Wonder Con on February the 23rd, Favreau had this to say about what his movie’s impact will be on the Marvel world. "I don't want to blow anything, and also I don't honestly know where it's all going to land. I know that there are sort of things that have been discussed and tried and talked about. I know at the end of the day on the horizon is The Avengers, and the idea is to have chapters of all of the characters that would contribute to being The Avengers. ... Hopefully, we're all… Continue
I want to stress this. I respect people's choices in terms of government. I have a large mix of friends that range from liberals to conservatives. Now when I hear some stuff said in internet forums, of all places, about politics I usually just let it slide. If I do make replies in threads that deal with politics I make an effort to just make a small comment and avoid alienating members or any major criticism of other members. Sure I'll like a candidate over another, but I'm not going to insult… Continue
Before you read on, please note I might give minor spoilers. No ending or what happens to any of the characters.
So I got to read the The Pineapple Express, which is a script conceived by Judd Apatow, Seth Rogen, and Evan Goldberg (Seth and Evan wrote Superbad as well, which every teenager by now knows who McLovin is). After reading "A Judd Apatow Joint" that was on the cover page of the script, I didn't know what to expect.
Okay, whle logging back onto here when I went to post a blog, I found out my song had been somewhat fixed? If so thanks! It freezes at random times but loads more faster than it was before! I don't know if it works for you but it does to me.
See ya.

For non uber geeks, I'll be a bit more clear. The actor above is Hugh Keays-Byrne. Never heard of him? Neither had I but he played the role of Toecutter in the upcoming Justice League film director's 80's classic film Mad Max.
This past weekend, I rented Ed Gein: The Butcher of Plainfield. I'd seen it sitting on the shelf for awhile and kept telling myself I was going to rent it, just never got around to it. I figured since Kane Hodder was in it, it would be at least close enough to a scary movie to make it worth killing some time over.
Couple things first:
1) Kane Hodder, in case you don't already know, is the only guy to have ever… Continue
