Answers to most intolerable Oscar nomination questions...
It's that time of the year when award shows bombard the screens of televisions worldwide, we make fun of them, we criticize their stupidity in nominees, and presentation, and we blog, and discuss the ones we all wanted to win, but the one that really matters when it comes to film is the Academy Awards. A few days ago the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences released their nominations for the best of film in the year…

Dead Space 2 review...
The horror genre has been one of those unfortunately left behind in this recent generation. The majority of video game players no longer have the patience for scares from those slower paced games back in the PS2 era . The good people over at Visceral Games apparently felt the…

First blog post for a Video game: Review of DC Online PC
Well, the time has come for DC to jump into the MMO pool and see if they can sink or swim. I do not know if anyone will be reviewing the PC side on the Loading Bar but, will at least give you my take on the experience that I am having so far.
Story
The story for this game is that in the future the world has been torn apart by the war of the villains and heroes to finally end it all the conflict comes to a conclusion with Lex Luthor finally…

A Review of THE GREEN HORNET, by me, El Foggy
Did The Green Hornet sting its audience, or did it...well, not sting its audience, there isn't a whole lot you can do with that title.
The Green Hornet has been floating around for a while, I'm sure it was suppost to originally be coming out in the Summer last year, but due to some…

"The Green Hornet" review...
Michel Gondry, Seth Rogen, Tom Wilkinson, and Cameron Diaz. There is a special rung in Hell for people who contribute to making crap filmmaking, and these people that I have mentioned have done just that. Fuck them. This is an abomination to movies and humanity in general.

Explaining the universal issues with "The Green Hornet"
Seth Rogen's new action movie "The Green Hornet" has earned a 44% on Rotton Tomatoes, a not so steller review from the Spill Crew, and a lot of hate from critics, and audiences alike. Now how can this be, that is the question. It's an superhero action film, and it has some popular stars such as Cameron Diaz, but it's acquired so much panning from people it baffles me that it even made $550,000 at the midnight shows.
Short Review of…

Professor Jeff Reviews: Ghost Trick
Ghost Trick
Capcom
When I first heard about Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney, I couldn't fathom how it could ever be entertaining. An adventure game where you play an attorney? Meh. But then a friend whose opinion I highly valued demanded that I give it a shot. I was completely blown away at just how…

What To Look Forward To in … February 2011
February 4
“Sanctum” looks like a movie worth the price of 3D. No stars and a somewhat enticing plot could make for a great experience. Oh, and having James Cameron’s name in the trailer helps.
“The Roommate” could make a decent chunk of change since it has teen stars Aly Michalka, Leighton Meester, Minka Kelly, and Cam Gigandet to its name. How good or thrilling it will be…

Caleb Kahn's Thoughts on the Nominees for the BAFTA Orange Rising Star Award
Well, as Oscar season comes ever closer to doing the big reveal when it comes to nominations, the select five nominees for this year's Orange Rising Star Award for the BAFTAs have been announced and for the most part, I'm very impressed and it's a select group of actors that's hard for me to pick over the other when it comes to who's the best or who has the most promise. Now, when it comes to this award, it's only been given out five previous times since the very thing that inspired it was…

My 10 Most hated films of 2010
I finally got around to watching all the movies I feel were necessary to watch in order to come up with a good "worst of" list for 2010. I wasn't quite as determined to see every bad film this year as I was last year, but I still was probably seeking out more atrocities than I should have been. I'm not sure why I put myself through them, but I feel you…
