spill rocks, we all love it, amazing site, bloody awesome and truly great. But what could we do with? we have movies, awesome users, and great blogs but what else could we do with? a music blog! but not any other music blog, the right one ;). this blog is dedicated to the latest records coming out this year, but what makes this special? they're albums that don't suck! sick of the generic radio tunes? the crappy emo stuff? and the vastly repetitious tunes that everyone keeps raving about? well…

If there’s one thing Asians know how to do is make a solid horror flick (i.e.
Audition,
The Host). If there’s one thing Americans know how to do, it’s screwing up Asian horror flicks (i.e.
The Grudge,
Mirrors). Now, I’m not saying…

It's recently been announced that Walmart stores in the U.S. will not be selling "Zac and Miri Make a Porno" but will be selling the romantic comedy "Zack and Miri"
Apparently, the shit storm that has bestowed Kevin Smith and his team just seems to never stop. From the branding of a NC-17 rating, though overturned, to the banning of the original theatrical poster, the small porno flick that could has been in a up hill since the beginning.
Now Walmart stores across the…

First off, I know That I'm late on this one. My loveable hillbilly town of Ocala just opened this movie last week. Now that thats out of the way, lets begin.
The movie is about Jamal Malik, a young Indian adult who grew up in Mumbai. He becomes a contestant on the Indian version of "Who Wants to Be a Millionare" and makes it up to the final question. The police suspect him of cheating and arrest him and pretty much beat him to get him…

Now comes the open letter from an unlikely user: someone who loved
The Dark Knight.
You know, people tend to give MDS a bad rap on here, for whatever reason. In complete contrast, I actually respect his opinion, and even if it's arguing about a subject as anemic as whether I agree a movie is good or great. Unlike people who get on MDS for not loving The Dark Knight, or any other movie for that matter, in all honesty I have incredible respect for you, MDS. You at least have the…

Defining the bad movie
I’d like to write a bit tonight regarding a subject I’ve had a lot of back and forth on the topic of with films such as Arrested Development, Hannah Montana, Sex and the City, and Transformers. These films might seem to have little in common on the base level, but there is one characteristic they all share in common.
There’s a large group that thinks they’re amazing, and a large group that thinks they’re bottom rung.
So which group is…

I'm not sure if there will be a lot of posts like this, but the nominated movies for Oscars, or any kind of award, areones that I agree deserved a nomination, but some stuff I thought got snubbed. This is my personal Award categories. Some you will think: "Oh, that's the same thing everyone else is saying." Others some might agree or disagree. My top picks are in bold.
Best Overall Picture:
The Dark Knight
Slumdog…

If you own a epic gaming console such as the Ps3 is nowadays, you've heard of Prince of Persia. But I remember this saga from yeeeeeears back. Shit is as old as I am! Was a load of unwashed cock and balls until
Sands of Time came out on the PC, PlayStation 2, Nintendo GameCube and Xbox.
Me being an true gamer, with the metal to burn shit alive, owned and still do the GameCube and PC versions. Back when I owned a PC... But the motherfucker is used as a doorstop now. Long live…

The economy is in the toilet. There’s no two ways about it. Some analysts are predicting a full blown depression could occur within the year. People are losing their jobs, their homes and everything they have. In every other country in the world, the response would be soup lines, and government rations, and rent subsidies. Why don’t you see too many of those here?
This is America! We fix the economy by blowing what little money we have on the most retarded things we can find. Jocks…

Say what you will about this series, but i enjoyed it a lot as a matter of fact.
But every review has its ups and downs that cannot be hidden.
Lets start of with the unpleasant bits...
During the mass onslaught I would swear that some of the sprinting werewolves were stop motion. Okay so maybe it wasn't that bad but it could have been a whole lot smoother. Also, this particular entry in the series is heavy on the action so…

Batman: Arkham Asylum
Developer: Rocksteady Studios
Publisher: Eidos
Expected Release: TBA 2009
There isn't any superhero hotter than Batman right now. Arkham Asylum isn't based any of the movies, but it does look amazing. The game takes place in the fabled psych ward where the Joker and his cohorts have sprung a trap to get back at the masked avenger. From there, the combat starts to get heavy. With a script from Batman writer Paul Dini, this could be the Batman game…

Looking Back at 2009
2009 was a year that really did not have a lot of high expectations going in. The WGA strike really put a crimp on this year, and when the SAG strike kicked in in January, Hollywood was really looking to shrink this year. Thank goodness that ended quickly enough. I must say though, I really wish they hadn’t delayed Avatar to this summer. I mean, naturally it being Fox no one was surprised, but it still really sucked. Still I can’t be too mad at the studio that…
