I'm 23 and I've haven't heard of that phrase before lol. Sounds like you had fun @ the spillcon though. And i'm no social butterfly either (more like a social scab) and I'm sure there were tons of other spillios that felt the same. PLus it was your first spillcon, I know there are plenty of other members who probably go annually to the spillcon so they know the "routine". i'm curious though did you carpool with other members or drive yourself to the event. Fortunately for me I live in California so it would be much easier to get to Texas so who knows one day when I'm done with school I'll save some money up carpool with other members...I would like to meet the crew though and the fellow spillos as well one day :)

And no I have yet to go the big one aka Comic-con. I've always wanted to when I was younger though, I was gonna dress up and everything lol.  Honestly now I don't have the same desire to go as much as I previously did having heard how crowded and expensive everything is :/  if I were to go i would only go there to get cool merchadise and or talk to the comic writers/artists if I could.

If u went to comic-con would u wear an outfit or simply go as urself?

yeah I'm in the process of looking for a part time job myself...I know what you mean by not having a whole lotta "free" time to do fun stuff anymore.It comes with the territory I guess :/

You've already gone twice!! to spillcon! I got sum catching up to do lol. Did you get a chance to meet the crew or meet new friends? And speaking of cons have you gone to any other cons before?

Dreaming about pizza dough...fascinating. Yeah  there are tons of flicks I want to see but haven't had the time recently and youtube has pretty much everything I'm looking for at the push of a button; even though I haven't liked their new layouts for the past few years now >:(

SpillCon I would love to go but I don't have the time right now. I've wanted to go to SpillCon since I first started listening to the podcasts. I will for sure one day...

And yeah I take it back the last movie I seen @ a theater was Cloud Atlas. I enjoyed the movie even though certain parts of the plot had me confused. Hopefully one day I'll get the chance to watch it again...

Yeah now that Nolans run on Bats is over, I can't wait to see a different (hopefully more "comic book") version of the character i.e. a shared universe. TASM is the best movie representation of the character thus far imo...I seen the Raimi Spiderman like everyone else but I'm happy Spidey's finally got the movie he needed plus those cool web shooters.

and no the last time I seen a movie @ the theater was Dredd. So far there hasn't been anything playing at theaters that I wanted to see. Theres still a ton of movies from the last few years I haven't watched yet either.

But MOS, ST: into darkness, Don Jons Addiction and 47 Ronin (once and if I see a trailer) are definitely on my list on mooveez to see this year.

See the great thing about spill is that I can listen to all the podcasts/reviews without paying money and taking a chance at the theater :/
