Sorry to reply late, man.  
1 - I understand the motives changed, but still it wasn't even talked about.  If the middleman had been shown giving the formula to Osborn during the stinger, I wouldn't have had a big problem.

2 - Someone in that family should've talked about it, father or not.

3 - When did it say that he stole it?  Also, isn't that VERY out of character?  Don't like it.  I know that stuff would be high-tech, but there was nothing in this movie that showed me that he was smart enough to make something like that, something that even Oscorp's brightest couldn't.

I don't know if plotholes are the right word, things are conveniently glossed over.  (1) A glaring issue was how the Lizard's first rampage was to go after Osborn's middleman.  After Spidey saved him, the Lizard never cared about him again.  (2) When Peter appears in Gwen's room, the UBER-PROTECTIVE father just shows up and doesn't AT ALL inquire about how he got there. (3) Uncle Ben had to work extra to pay for the hoop that Peter broke, but Peter can afford Oscorp's webbing that CAN PULL SHIPS?!  Plus, all that technology for the shooters themselves, just didn't feel right. (4) I feel like Peter did so much "Spiderman" stuff out of costume, especially at school, that it's crazy that noone figured out who he was.
