Well, see that's just it. It's because OF her history of the "Rom-Com queen" that every movie has to get some character that people love her, even if that character has NOTHING worth falling for. I mean, she's not that great of a body, face is just okay (Although I think her mouth is too damn huge like an aircraft carrier) and there is nothing at all "sexy" about her in the traditional sense. BUT, because she had done nothing but the romantic leading lady that always gets the man, people just love her. Okay, sure she might be nice in real-life.... but I don't CARE about her in real-life. I want to see what she can do ACTING-WISE, which sadly has been absolutely nothing at all. EVER character she has is the exact same type of character. Maybe a bit more "sassy" than the last or supposedly funnier than the last, but nothing great. And now, years into her career and so self-aware of her own publicity? She's finally given the chance to pull off an "evil" character and not only can she NOT do it as an actress, but I can't even see her BEING one as a character. She has made her living off of the fact that no one can say she's ugly, or mean, or a horrible person.... but at the same time she hasn't had to actually "grow" professionally and it shows in everything that she does. (Which ironically still is mostly rom-com's and romantic leading lady roles)

Yeah I would agree if I did not see Captain America or Brideshead Revisited, but after seeing those two I would have to STRONGLY disagree with you, in fact I go as far as to say Hayley Atwell makes Hendricks look like Tranny. Yeah I said it,
Just wanted to say, I was happy to see your remark on "2001: A Space Oddysey" on the comment page for the "Meek's Cutoff" review. All due respect to Stanley Kubrick (I love "Dr Strangelove"), but I had to turn off "2001" because it bored me to sleep.
