What makes Fight Club so absolutely epic gold, is not only the originality and sheer genius of the film itself, but also that it was released less than 2 years before 9/11. After that, the movie was never copycated because no studio would ever have the balls to green light a project about glorifying domestic terrorism. It will remain the edgiest film ever shot. Fincher's best, yet no Academy nominations...Bullshit. 1999 was a steller year in cinema, but today to you even remember American Beauty, Magnolia, Girl Interupted, etc.
My bad Kyle, I told Brooke that you denied my friend request while describing the linear direction for Memento. My fault for being an ignoramous.
I can tell you Limitless was an A- movie with a lame ending. They could've done more. Still a Full Price. Not as good as Memento which had a steller ending.
Super 8 just look so great. Im not much into Thor either, i just really dig the WW2 setting for capt america. Im pretty torn on The Avengers but still hold hope.
