Man that was a great score, I'm not surprised at the end of the The Last Castle when I saw Goldsmith's name there. I've decided I really do love prison films. Shawshank, The Green Mile, Stalag 17, Hart's War...something about the confinement of people (and especially military men) just touches me. Have you seen Felon, with Stephen Dorff and Val Kilmer? Totally recommend it. And I'm loving this Smiley Faces song by Gnarls Barkley you got here!

I think Kanye does have an ego problem but I think his ego is cover up for his super ultra self-consienceness self. Most people don't understand that these celebrities are real people and they make mistakes just like us so Kanye doesn't people telling him he's a jerk EVERYDAY!!! Now I personally don't think he did anything wrong at the VMAS or the Katrina program but he did do wrong at the European MTV music video awards and when he starts bitching and whining after losing an award.

I think Kanye's fifth album will be more personal now let's hope this news I keep hearing about Soulja Boy being on the album is not true. Awesome Video, peace.

Hey! Jimmie was great. he is buried near me. His family still make the news fighting over his affairs. No question he was great and it is a shame his flame burned out so early. But Clapton's over all body of work combined with the fact he avoided offing himself with drugs (read his autobiography) makes all the difference.

Del Tron 3030. Surprisingly, yes I did like it. I don't "do" a lot of rap, but some I find interesting F bombs in music and violence towards women don't work for me, but social commentary does. And this bit had both a strong musical score backing it (more than just a strong back beat and scratchy noise). His commentary on technology and the future I found interesting and frankly, I could understand the lyrics which truthfull I can't always say that about my favorite music over the years. Thanks! (However Clapton is GOD of the guitar and U2 rules)
