Recently on LEOG, we've had a very spirited discussion on cartoon shows. A lot of ground got covered but mostly from the 1970's to now. I have to admit that the 1960's were a deluge of Hanna Barbara. But what I'd like to show all you hip kids out there are some of the show I used to watch as a kid outside the range of your average half hour cartoon show. The Rains Came

Korey shivered as a cool breeze blew across the large gravel roof of the theatre. He was sitting on the far side of the old air conditioner as he listened for the sound of anyone coming across the roof. He worried about his friends being caught when a loud crash echoed in the night.
