This is the group for fans of the Happy Hour video game playthroughs featuring Jason "Murder Boner" Murphy and Professor "Panda Tits*" Jeff. *Jeff does not officially recognize "Panda Tits" as his call handle, so you may have to repeat it many times before he answers, to which you then reply "Danger Zone!" Well, I taught at Syracuse University for five and a half years, while I was doing my grad work in Medieval History there. I taught Ancient, Medieval, and even some Modern history. I was in a PhD program, but I ended up leaving before I did my dissertation, and just taking a Master's instead. I found that I liked teaching more than research, and becoming a professor involves doing a LOT of research! I'm too sociable to spend months and months alone in an archive, and then heading home to spend more months writing. So now, I'm looking to find a way to take the skills I developed there, and make good use of them. I keep saying that I need to do more blogging here on Spill, but I've been so busy lately that I just haven't found the time!
