So what do you guys think?
Despite my feelings about the movie (really good, but not nearly as good as I would have expected) there's no question that this is gonna be one of the biggest Christmas buys this year. I'm looking forward to seeing it again, and I'll probably end up watching every single one of the bonus features, like I have for both of the others. I'm sure this won't be the last version that comes out, and plans almost HAVE to be already formulating for a 'All Three Movies Ultima-plotz-in-your-fanboy-shorts Edition' but who's gonna want to wait to own the last chapter in the Nolan Batverse (Is anyone else saying Batverse? Just me? Crap).

JEM AND THE HOLOGRAMS: SEASON TWO
First off, let me say that while I have incredible, almost inhuman tolerance levels for 'entertainment' not generally designed for anything vaguely approaching my demographic, there was no way anyone was going to talk me into watching what appeared to be "Dazzler: The Series: Chapter Two: The Lamening". But luckily, I didn't have to, because our own Cat apparently has a nostalgia thing going for it. (*whew*)
I'll just hand this over to her and say no more...…

DRAMA PART TWO
The first unquestionably solid film in an almost unbroken line of amazing films from director Martin Scorsese (I don't count "Mean Streets"...complain as you will), "Taxi Driver" did more than inspire would-be Presidential assassins. It broke new ground in cinema, being for many THE defining film of the experimental and dark American cinema of the seventies. Absolutely essential viewing and now that it's got this brand spankin' new HD transfer with a redonkulous amount of new HD special features...

JamesB said… With LEOG being my favorite podcast on the site, it is sad to see it go, but I'm looking forward to seeing what you guys do next. Y'all have helped me get through a lot over the past few years and I've always been able to count on the podcast to get me in a good mood and relax as if I was hanging with a bunch of close friends.
Thank you so much for everything you've given to all of us spillios and I can't wait to see what the new show has in store. I wanted to do a huge piece but decided to do something a bit more simple for the end of LEOG. Looking forward to the remaining episodes
LONG LIVE THE LEAGUE
