Man we already have that version of the film pretty much. LOL. There are already 3 different versions available right now...
As for it being the Blade Runner i don't know what to say to that. Blade Runner found it's audience on video years later. Watchmen already has it's audience.
sniping is extremely hard if you dont have a good connection, it will take more than one shot to take them down if you play death match. if you have a silencer and a thermal scope however your set. most people dont use cold blooded while in team death match some do but not all. the best sniper rifle for death match seems to be the first one the intervention it has the best chance at killing the target in 1 shot, but the barrette and the WA2000 work just as well
personally i say give the M16 a swing, it borderlines a sniper rifle
ironically i use the scar as well but i started using the TAR w/Silencer & Heart Beat, i was pissed off for the rest of my matches because i fell 1 kill short of the Tactical Nuke i had
Bling Pro (for the Sensor and a Silencer, this way its that much harder to find you)
Hard Line Pro (as a joke at first but it was effective)
Ninja Pro (so they cant see you on their Heart Sensors)
on team death match i called in the Harrier which got me enough kills for the Pave Low, which got destroyed leaving me with 21 kills, i picked up an enemy RPD with an ACOG scope and started firing away but i set a claymore when the enemy came to knife me the claymore killed us both with me at 23.
but i got a bit happier when i got the "what the hell?" (on the map with the helipad and the helicopter and the cranes) and another one where you have to kill 3 enemies while in the red on "rust"
Well Mr. Cat my gamer tag is still Mushufasa (Fasa, Mushu, or Kevin for short)
Im eager to test out my TMP later today, but i have one major problem, i suck at sniping, any tips you might want to share im all ears
on the other hand i suggest you start using the M16, M4, P90 or just another gun in general. since you maxed the Scar leveling up will be slow from then on. essentially diversify a bit but thats my opinion. but i found a way to have a little more fun with the game i call it serial killer mode (any light weight weapons P90,UZI, or Vector for primary and any hand gun or machine pistol the AA-12 is a personal best for this choice) then equip marathon, Light weight, and commando and play in an area like favella, an opponent got me and 4 other people at the same time in the same building doing this.
well send me a friend request on live and i'll start playing the second we fix the TV me and my dad played the game to the point where the TV bulb Broke, we should be getting the new bulb today if not we wait until tuesday. but until then what settings do you reccomend for team death match games (like what primary, secondary, and perks do you use) i need some tips.
but getting away from that subject do you have the game "American Macgee's Alice in Wonderland," i didnt play it i watched the walk through on youtube and it looked like somthing that a wonderland fan would adore.
finally what do you prefer cheshire of cat or does it matter, until next time this is kevin
Actually, it is on DVD. I had it on my Amazon Wish list for a while but I just picked up a copy for $5 at my Blockbuster (which is sadly closing down). Since it was such a box office bomb, the release was limited and the dvd doesn't have much in the way of extras but it is nice to be able to freely watch it on as a fan with out having to regularly log online.
Happy Thanksgiving Cat. I meant to tell you this months ago but I noticed that you had recently run accross Cats Don't Dance. As you've no doubt discovered, it has a bit of a cult following amongst animation fans. I myself initially thought it was just ok but the more I thought about, the more I wanted to rewatch it and the more I watched the more I fell in love with it. Probably the only animated musical that feels like a musical.
To tell you the truth i didn't really think that Ratatouille was a good movie at all, i think it has to be my least favourite Disny/Pixar film. My favourite has to be either Toy Story, The Incredibles or Monsters Inc.
Huh, I don't know, I think I'm overreacting to be honest lol. Ratatouille isn't really a bad film, it just disappointed me more than any film has probably in the last five years, excluding Terminator Salvation and Revenge of the Fallen.
Turn sound down a bit, but "Battle of Britain" trailer.
"A Bridge Too Far" surrender scene... absolute classic "Fuck You" moment in films.
"633 Squadron" isn't that bad. Effects are sort of bad compared to today's movies, but the ending is something that inspired the "Trench Run" in Star Wars.
And this one is a personal favorite, although never really happened, like Basterds. Look for "The Eagle Has Landed". (Highly recommend this one)
Bridge over River has Asians in it. But I'll be honest with you, I found it sort of boring really. Most of BoRK was something that struck me as being more about "Look at how the British are all so Stiff-upper-lipped-about-things and how they are Better-than-their-captors. I can't really recommend BoRK to anyone because of those factors. If you are looking for some good war Movies, I also suggest "Battle of Britain" if you can find it. Bit slow in parts, but the Dog-fights and plane-crashes are outrageous. You'll be asking yourself several times if someone actually took a real plane or was that a model?
The Dirty Dozen? Man, that's a great war movie. I think that it's sort of under-rated now that it's become so old. Plus, when you look at all the "Misfit" type of military movies out there now it sort of gets shoved to the rear. The Basterds, the movies from the 80's, the crappy sequel (Next dirty dozen or some-such name) and then there is the "A-team" tv series....
All of those sort of took the same concept, taking Military prisoners and start to do some sort of "Suicide Mission" made the concept really sort of overdone. But when it comes to the Dirty Dozen, it's up there.
As far as A Bridge Too Far? Well, that's another one that I love wholeheartedly. It's possibly still one of the better movies out there that shows almost all aspects of a war. Britain, US, Germany, Polish, Danes.... it's great how they all worked it into the movie. It starts off a bit slow, but once the "Air-drop" happens it picks up QUICKLY. It also shows the differences between the US and British Military. Where the US has this "Let's go" attitude, the British tend to have a "Wait for it" attitude (At least when it comes to orders). It's interesting how much further they could have gotten into Holland and possibly Germany if they were willing to just push it a bit further to that last bridge. I think you'll like it, especially the "Surrender Scene", it's a classic.
Unfortunatly I have not.
My experiance of Japanese cinema is currently limited to more recent action films like Shinobi, Versus and the two Azumi films among others.
I have however heard good things about his movies and I fully intend to getting round to watching them.
especially seven samurai and Ran
The "Making Of" featurette on the DVD is well worth the watch. They show you how they did the effects, and it blew my mind how they managed to pull some of it off. From the 40' tower of Helping Hands, to the juggler that had to hide behind Bowie's back and juggle those crystal balls without looking....man. What an incredible set that must have been to work on.
Dark Crystal came out in 1982, so I feel like it's probably inspired a lot of fantasy that has taken place since then....wow I can't believe it was that long ago!
Labyrinth is incredible. The wonderful thing for me is how much that movie has grown up with me. There's so much in it that you can't really analyze until you have enough life experience to really understand what's going on. That's why I love it so much,,,,it means even more to me than it did when I was a kid because I can relate to it so well.
I've been hearing complaining that James Cameron's Avatar is racist for showcasing a main cast filled with white people. Not only that, but the main character who is a good guy, is also white, and he's the one who saves the "poor helpless" Na'Vi fro…

I think you could probably get a lot of his movies on amazon.com.
I had a look on the uk site and it has a good few.
