Drove me in tears.

4. "Spirited Away"
Great story about character development.

5. Anything that comes out of Pixar. I don't really need to say anymore.

6. "Misery"
Oh man, that bitch in the movie scares the hell out of me. Great performance from Kathy Bates. She brought life to the best female villain ever!

Lol, Jim Carrey kills in this movie.

8. "The Bourne Series"
Jason Bourne can pwn James Bond's ass anytime

My Student Film Project: "The Painter"

The Painter (Student Film Project) from Albert Hu on Vimeo.

"If you were born with a gift, how would you use it?"

This is a student film project shot in a DV camera. This is probably my best work and it almost got into film festival. It's worth a month of brainstorming and hair pulling.

Special thanks to Kelly, Vijay, Laila, Charla and especially Michael Hu… Continue

"The Stalker" Student Movie

A word of warning: don't go out alone at night.

Hey guys,

I know I posted this sometime ago, but I thought I post this movie with vimeo.com, which has better quality. So this is a student film that I have directed. It's nearly two minutes long and I would like to thank you for taking the time to watch it. I hope you enjoy :).

The first part doesn't have audio, which was a technical difficulty.

Thanks for validating my taste in movies, Ant. I shall not soon forget this.

I've been doing pretty damn well, myself. Finally got back into the swing of things w/ my new semester of university. Had a mighty fine summer, too. Took a little trip out to Seattle back at the end of July.

Saw a bunch of pictures over the past three months, as well.

Some great; The Hurt Locker, Away We Go, The Brothers Bloom & The Merry Gentleman.
Some decent; Moon, District 9, Funny People.
Some atrocious; Transformers... =X

How about you? Seen anything note-worthy at the cinema recently?
