I used to do some theatre and debate, and am presently a political science major at CU Boulder. I'm vehemently liberal and will argue with you. I've vehemently atheist and will argue with you. Do not take it personally, it's not so much I dislike you or even your opinion as much as I love a good debate (arguments are emotionally involved) and appreciate people who can defend what they believe. Also, I'm a nerd. I will freely admit this, and I'm cool with that because every male that I have had any interest in being friends with for the last 15 years has been a nerd, and most of the girls, too.

All Time Worst Movies:
I don't think I need to say the movie Movies, but also 300, Batman and Robin, Dumb and Dumberer, Rob Zombie's shit, probably most horror, action and romantic movies that are released (there are a lot of good ones also!), especially DTV, movies that feel manufactured to win an Oscar (Benjamin Button springs to mind...) aren't on my WORST movie list, but they are some of my biggest pet peeves, as are remakes that don't do anything different or are unneeded (Psycho remake, Quarantine, etc)
Favorite Actors or Actresses:
Paul Newman, Jack Nicholson, Daniel Day-Lewis, Audrey Hepburn, Morgan Freeman, Kate Winslet, Christopher Walken, Laura Linney, Amy Adams, Cate Blanchett, Sir Ian McKellan, Natalie Portman, Ricky Gervais, Simon Pegg, the Apatow crew, the cast of the Wire, Kristin Bell
Favorite Directors:
Just look at my favorite movies list and take directors from (most) of those.

Only reason Religulous is because it was never in 500+ theaters for it's release. So due to "limited runs" it got left off the list. Although I could add it back in. =)
Yeah, I noticed Bloodlines was before Jason X, AFTER I did the blog. But in truth, they both went because we were willing to accept the way the stories were going. lol
I never said that I wanted the Joker to disappear, I simply don't believe that anyone can do the part better than Heath. I know that it will happen eventually, and I will hope that it's good, but it will never be good in my mind.
I found piece of shit movies like The Wraith, Mega-Force, Krull, and others 'enjoyable', but not 'good' movies. I guess it's possible to see how my using the term 'Enjoyable movie' could be taken as something flippant and dismissive, but that's not what I was wanting it to be.
Was it a 'good' movie? Yes it was. Was it a very enjoyable movie worth paying to see? Abso-fucking-lutely. But, I stop short of the 'greatest' title.
thank you for the comment and i understand where you were coming from. what i had meant was that our economy was heading towards hell and we're still in three wars...but i am still hopeful
