NGE: The End of Evangelion, any of the Gunbusters series, Brick, Elizabeth, The Black Dahlia, The Godfather Part I, Dark City, Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust, the Koji Morimoto segment of Animatrix, all Studio Ghibli films, all Pixar films, some Studio 4C films, Paprika and other Madhouse films, and anything by Gainax (I know I already mentioned NGE. I just had to mention it again!), all Star Treks (old and new),and more that I can't remember.

All Time Worst Movies:

Any of the American Pies, One Missed Call, Drag Me to Hell, most movies Rhythyms & Hues works on, Dragonball Evolution (proving once again Hollywood should never do anime), and more ole bullsh*t I will undoubtedly have the dubious pleasure of seeing.

Favorite Actors or Actresses:

Any old-school actors like Richard Attenborough, Joss Ackland, Judi Dench, Patrick Stewart, and Leonard Nimoy. Also Jouji Nakata.

Favorite Directors:

Alex Proyas, Michael Bay (kidding!), Katsuhiro Otomo, Koji Morimoto, Hayao Miyazaki, Hideaki Anno, and Satoshi Kon.
