"Micheal Jackson's This is It" Review

Just starting to finally start reviewing movies i haven't done it for so long. I wasn't really planning on seeing it this weekend but caught it with two friends. The funny thing is we sat and waited for the movie to start and for twenty minutes or so we heard taylor swift music playing over the previews of AVATAR and 2012 so you could say, Taylor openned up for Micheal and Kanye didn't mess up the situation.

The experience was pretty good, i've always been a fan of MJ, and this ultimately was a… Continue

Classic Blog:The Most Beautiful & Underrated Scenes

I was thinking awhile back while going and searching through scenes all put together on youtube made by people of what the most beautiful scenes in movies were. Some were big and epic like from "Dances with Wolves", "Glory" which is absolute must see; and "The Color Purple". Those are all very memorable and jaw dropping but some scenes that I love were not featured and I'd like to briefly discuss them then maybe put them on later.

Top and Bottom Movies and Moments all throughout 2008

Let's put aside the thoughts of the Stock Market, the Election, and the overall economy. Instead think more of the enjoyable moments that made us laugh, cry, or inspire us at the movies or thoroughout the year.

I'll start this out by using a Top List for the favorite movies of the year

12. Righteous Kill / Eagle Eye- Not horrible by all means these both kind of tie together and were very fun thrillers to watch. Both kept me on the edge of my seat.

11. Tropic Thunder- Great take on everybody… Continue

Blood Simple Review

This film was very well put together and believable. It seemed that the Coen Brothers brought together some ideas of how an affair could turn out. Then filmed and told in the same vein as Alfred Hitchcock. The budget seemed very small and that is how i think this makes it unique to several other thrillers that spend the budget on a script that's not as original, directors who don't know what they are doing, and actors who are overpaid. The Coens used a recoginzable song, and the instensity for t… Continue
