None whatsoever, actually. There are plenty of places to learn the skills, but I'm not the biggest proponent of film school. That said, you never can be technical enough. Buy some books, like Robert Rodriguez' 'Rebel Without a Crew', learn all you can about lighting, photography, and sound. But most of all -- do it as much and as often as you can. Lots of helpful websites, too. I'll try to dig some up!
