There is an answer on used games, They get tied to your account, so you can sign in on your friends if you really want him to play it at his house, but you can't lend it to anyone obviously & M$ have some way you can trade games.

I notice that you have both Silence of the Lambs and Red Dragon on your favorites list. Have you ever seen Manhunter? It's an 80's film version of the Red Dragon story directed by Michael Mann. Personally, I think it's a better film than Brett Ratner's Red Dragon. I'd be curious to know what you think of it.
