I'm a movie guy. This page is a work in progress and so am I. I'm really big on horror movies. Films that I love range from "The Squid and the Whale" to "Grandmas Boy" and "Kung fu Hustle". I love music, lately I can't get enough of The Smiths.
All Time Favorite Movies:
A lot of movies made in the '80's. Apocalyptic themed movies like "Dawn of the Dead" and "The Miracle Mile". "Evil Dead" movies are great. "Night of the Creeps". "From Beyond". "The Gate". "Airplane". "The Never ending Story". "Labyrinth". "The Breakfast Club". "Amores Perros", "The Goonies", "River's Edge". "Spaceballs". "An American Werewolf in London"! Disney Pixar movies always tickle my fancy. "The Shawshank Redemption" and "Pans Labyrinth" of course... and "The Matrix".
I just watched "Poultrygeist"... I advise anyone who likes horror movies to watch it!
All Time Worst Movies:
Juno comes to mind... Almost any movie with Jason Statham(Crank? really?). 98% of films that M. Night Shyamalan craps out. "Babel" Sucked!
Favorite Actors or Actresses:
Steve Buscemi, Edward Norton, Scarlett Johansson?... Seth Rogen for his comedy geniusness.
John Carpenter, George Romero, Wes Anderson, Sofia Coppola, John Landis, John Hughes, Guillermo Del Toro, and uh, Peter Jackson is good but overrated.
keeping busy is sometimes the only real way to stay sane.
but good to hear that you have no other complaints. :]
i'm originally from indiana and moved to florida a lil over 2 months ago. but i'm adjusting well.
besides the heat...my blood with waaaay too thick for this shit.
yeaa i like that idea as well. i wanna get some tetris n maybe zelda by my bot. whatever else will just fill in as i go along. i've had him for quite some time now. its hard to tell how long exactly, my days have been jacked up for the past 2 years hahaha i've been all over the place.
I personally didn't like the 5th movie. The book I really liked, but the film didn't do anything for me.
The only 2 Harry Potter films I liked was Philosopher's Stone and Chamber of Secrets. This is because the layout of the castle was much more like I imagined it, they just seemed to capture a sense of magic much more effectively than the more recent films, and I like Chris Columbus' directing style much more. The only film apart from these two that I didn't really mind was The Goblet of Fire.
Thank you for the comment :)
