I'm a Spillio who lives in the Toronto area. I love this website and all of the Spill crew, but often feel disconnected from the community living so far away from Austin, Texas. So I thought I'd see if there were any other Spillios who live in the GTA who'd be interested in meeting up and hanging out for social events.
I'm thinking stuff like movie nights (obviously), karaoke, paintball, gaming, wonderland, etc. Fan Expo is also happening this month which would be the perfect occasion for a meetup.
Depending on how many people respond to this post (or if anyone does at all) I'll create a Toronto Spillio group on the site. It'd be a great chance to get together with people who love the site and love movies in general.
So if you live in Toronto or the Toronto area, and are interested, then give me a shout.

dodgygeezer said… - Yeah I watched Saw IV and thought it was good - but I thought it seemed to be starting to lose something that the other 3 had, the scene changes started to get a bit arty and made it look a bit like a student film at times I thought. I don't know the Bucket List film though. I thought No Country For Old Men was good until the last 15 mins. I just watched Lars And The Real Girl, unusual film!
