Road to Light or Road to Dark? I prefer the Road to Dawn.

About Me:
Well, let's see....
I'm a Galacticon space-swifter from the planet of Zartok-3 that travels across the universe hunting Splarks for a living. I blast the little buggers with my Repulso-Ray, load them onto my ship, and bring them to the good, starving people of my planet.
.......
Nah, I'm just an ordinary guy who has nothing else to do than to watch movies, daydream, and eat spaghetti.
Yeah, not very exciting, but just as good as the other one.

I have always been here, just not active haha. I always tune into the podcast and reviews. I just was so distracted one day, I made a post on one of the forums haha.
Confused Matthew isn't Angry Movie Dork? Oh well, either way, I'm not interested...
Now, onto his 'points'...
1) Slavery existed on Tatooine because it's beyond the jurisdiction of the Republic and it's owned by gangsters (primarily Hutts). It's mentioned in the movie for Christ's sake! Hell, there are probably plenty of other planets outside Republic control that has slavery, too! Now, as for the Jedi stepping in, [being that there are very few Jedi to begin with, and even less Jedi masters] you wouldn't want to send a few Shaolin Monks into Crips territory, would you? Luke may have killed Jabba a few of his crew, but I hardly think he ended crime on Tatooine because of it.
2) Did he even see the movie?! Their affection for each other grew strong way before he killed the Sand People! The time they spent together on Coruscant and Naboo did nothing but strengthen their bond together. The pinnacle moment of this is when he's on Naboo and kisses her and later that night, they practically confess their love and how they can never talk about it and how it can never be, when quite obviously, they were deeply in love with each other.
3)...the CGI being obiously fake and only for show... Because the puppets used in the OT weren't fake and for show---Whatever, that means... Stupid 'point'. Not even worth bringing up.
4) Traitorous actions? Where in the film had they linked that? Count Dooku didn't even know about the Clone Army!! How in the hell could the Clone Army be linked to anything traitorous when the Jedi's only know that Jedi Master Syphodias placed an order for them 10 years ago after that lil' incident with the Trade Federation invading and blockading a certain planet called Naboo. They were uneasy about them but not exactly sure of their need besides in case of a full scale war. Also, Yoda finding it necessary to use the Grand Army of the Republic is odd?! When more and more planets are falling under the sway of The Separatists and their army of BATTLE droids are growing, and a Republic that has gone for thousands of years without an army is the only thing in its way from complete galactic control, he's saying that using the Clone Army that was made for the protection of the Republic is odd?!... Ridiculous...
5)...quest for truth and justice to be null and void with the whole Clone Wars... Protecting the galaxy from a growing menace to preserve truth and justice is wrong?! Jedi's have always been peace keepers for the Republic and are only called into action when situations can't be resolved through diplomatic means. Such as setting up an illegal blockade and a planetary invasion. So, when the galaxy is in jeopardy of an oncoming war which threatens the Republic and the peace it has had for eons, the ones who have to protect the very fabric of that civilization are fighting for the wrong reasons?! Pardon the French, but that's FUCKING STUPID!!!

I know that that came off cheesy, but just a heads up that I'm going to start blogging about Buffy the show that rules and eliminates most of my social life
There have been a lot of discussions on religion lately, and I've noticed certain verbal inadequacies that make it difficult to debate this subject. It's tough to make a case that gods exist or not when we aren't even in agreement over what we're ...
