- I'm a long time movie lover; ever since I can remember movies have been the gateway to inspire my imagination even those all too laughable but when you're five scary posters of Chucky cutting the Jack-in-the-box's head off with the tree sheers. I remember loving Jaws, Back to the Future, E.T.,Polterguest, and Gremlins growing up; never realizing thier common bond Spielberg. It wasn't until Jurassic Park that I realized it. At that point I wanted to be director...but have long since settled for writing sine that seems to be my true talent. I am working on a book as we speak.
- All Time Favorite Movies:
- Everything I mentioned above AND: Alien and Aliens, [REC], Die Hard, Office Space (real original I know), loving the Batman Reboot, Pushing Daisies (while not technically a movie I challenge you to find a reason that it doesn't belong here), Napoleon Dynamite, Stranger Than Fiction.
- All Time Worst Movies:
- Basicaly most of Holly-fucked new offerings; please do something original. Tropic Thunder was an original attempt but was really sloppy.
- Favorite Actors or Actresses:
- Maggie Gyllenhaal (I have been paying attention to her ever since Stranger Than Fiction); Jason Bateman; Will Arnett; Porsche De Rossi; notice a theme? Jessica Walters; David Cross; Jefferey Tambor.
- Favorite Directors:
- Spielberg; Mitch Hurwitz (a producer mainly); Dino Stamatanopolis....so many jews so little time. Which brings me to Mel Gibson! not really....it's a joke sue me if you don't like it; i'll give you my two dimes.

Is anyone interested in getting together and shooting a short film for the festival? My strengths lie in prop work, script writing, and some minor blocking.

Unfortunately I don't have a good camera. The one I used to make my film fest entry last year was somehow broken on the way to Austin. I will be bringing a cheap digital camera, but it can't do much.
I don't agree that I deserved to win last year. Maybe if there was a prize for effort, but my final product was pretty badly flawed.
