There are two reasons for the delay. Number one is that I work for Spill.com. The Loading Bar Youtube channel is still in its infancy, so we want more traffic here than there. If everyone stopped coming to the site and just watched the videos on Youtube I probably wouldn't be able to make them any more. Just think of it like a timed exclusivity deal, like Dawnguard.
Second, I upload every single one of the videos myself on my home internet connection and it takes time. It also tends to slow down my connection while I'm uploading, so if a game like, say, Counter Strike: GO comes out that is all online, I have to ration my uploading time so that I can spend some time playing online without my connection being garbage. There may come a day when the Youtube channel gets updated day and date with Spill.com, but for now there's going to be a time delay.
