Co-Host 3000 said… I'm not here to try to change your mind about any "plot hole" because I know your mind is already made up and set in stone so I'm hear just to entertain your questions and nothing more. Whatever the outcome of this dialogue is that we're having wont' change what I had for breakfast. I find this stuff fun.
Watching and paying attention to Batman Begins and The Dark Knight you realize that Gotham is a lot like New York in terms of it's geography. The city is comprised of many bridges getting into Downtown Gotham and surrounding area's, like Manhattan island, Gotham still stretches out beyond the strike zone. Watch the movie again if you care and you will clearly see that Detective Blake is arguing with a Gotham City cop along with fellow officers about crossing the bridge at the end of the movie. I'll throw two maps of the city too that have been around since Batman Begins and used for all three films.
Seeing that you're from Turkey Mark, I'm sure that if you were ever kidnapped or managed to buy a ticket to the US, you would be immediately deported at no cost to you without having the proper passport or papers to be here in the first place, so being Bruce Wayne and getting back wouldn't be that much of an obstacle. Just find the nearest American Embassy or hitchhike to a country that has one. Now if Bruce wanted to get into the United States under the radar I'm sure this wouldn't be much of a problem for him since he has connections that we've seen him use in the Dark Knight when he kidnapped Lau in Hong Kong by illegal means bringing him back to Gotham. Money wouldn't be an issue because someone in Bruce's position should have money stashed in cases of emergencies for doing the type of work he does being Batman just like James Bond. This guy has a secret bat lair in the city including mini cubes so he can stash his batpod. You think he wouldn't handle his money the same way? I just call it logic but that's me. Do you think there's a money trail leading back to Bruce's name when he was mass ordering parts for the bat suit like the cowl in Batman Begins? Hell even I keep some emergency funds in a sock in case of emergencies. Anyone who knows how to manage money does. I hope. Oh and he would still be able to enter Gotham since Wayne Manor is not located in Downtown Gotham and The Bat is still in the cave. The Bat was used to get into the city and we know this due to Lucius Fox asking Bruce where he parked The Bat and later we see Bruce and Lucius on the building he parked it on to get the blocking device for the bomb.
Jesus Bat Christ this is fun. Anyway, I enjoyed talking about something I love and I thank you for giving me the opportunity. You have to understand, I don't just love this trilogy, I study it because of my love of Batman also including comics, games, etc.* All this info is just from watching the movies and even the maps are seen in the films. I'll say it again, I'm not here to prove you wrong about your opinion, I'm just providing the answers that was given to me while watching all three films. Hope you have a good one and here are those maps.

Here is my reply to a comment you posted in this week's ACOCO:
@Mark Stronghold: The idea that homosexuality is a mental defect is a valid question but I don't think it holds up. Men have an organ called a prostate that doubles as a erogenous zone similar to the G-spot in women. If homosexuality is solely a mental condition, why would men have an erogenous zone that can only be stimulated through anal penetration?
