Leon Reviews "PEANUTS: 1970's Collection, Vol. 1" DVD

What’s hard about writing for an audience of such divergent ages is that I don’t know what the Peanuts cartoons mean to you collectively. As child growing up in the 70s - long before there was any concept of YouTube, DVR, DVD or at home VHS- watching “A Charlie Brown Christmas” or “It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown” were events! You waited all year for CBS to broadcast them (God forbid you should forget which night) and they were almost as enjoyable as the respective holiday it… Continue

Hey Leon, what did you think of the death of the Punisher in Dark Reign: Punisher The List? You've said before that you really like Frank Castle so I just wanted to get your feelings (and don't be afraid to cry) on his death.

Thanks!

Hi Leon,

To answer your question; Westerns are somewhat recognized as a genre. If you go to a video store, you will usually see westerns collected in their own shelf, but most people will only casually view a western as a specific type of adventure or action movie.

Leon, I was thinking about the audio review for The Fourth Kind. Even though you didn’t like the film, would you think that some of concepts would work better for a T.V series if approached in a different way? Like the X-files or something of that nature? Or do you think it wouldn’t suite a TV series?

Just finished listening to the review you did for "The Fourth Kind," and something crossed my mind. Did you watch the premire of V on ABC this past week by chance? It has an interesting alien story that could go places. I'm definately going to be following it because the pilot was just plain awesome!
