Man Makes Another Attempt At Not Being Lonely

Saw “Where the Wild Things Are” tonight and though it was on my to-see list I wanted to catch “Zombieland” as this is Halloween and all. But the local theater apparently has a difficult time keeping their website up-to-date and when I got there I had three choices: “Stepfather”, “This is It”, and “Where the Wild Things Are.” I think I made the right choice considering. This was a fun, visceral movie to see on a lazy Sunday. This is of course no where near accurate to history, but a version of WWII in the world of Tarantino. Equate this with Marvel's Captain America punching Hitler. Having said that I feel that this is a Taratino styled espionage film. If you ever wondered what a Hitchcock film would be like with Taratino directing - this would be it. Solid performances all around. Initial Reaction: LEAVE MY PHILIP K. DICK alone!!! Yes a great movie an even better director's cut were made from the property but by the law of crap all things arc to crap the more the property is developed. There was a neat adventure game made back in the mid 90's that was like 5 disks long (about 1 DVD today) was a mix of the book and movie (yes there are differences) but I get worried that every time this property is set to develop it will go bad.
