Used to be part of 14 different movie sites, but now Spill has kept itself in the only 3 I still visit :) I love action, horror, and drama films. I also own a sizable collection of movies that I am still growing and working on. I love it when people tell me about good films that I haven't seen, so feel free to do so.

Also love stand-up comedy. See the group Comedy Classics for more info on the comedic world...

much luv,
Jen

Oh, New Moon... Why do You Have So Many Fans?

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

Everyone knows about all the hype and the story.
New Moon is a sequel to the movie Twilight from last year at the same time, based on a popular book series by Stephenie Meyer.
When the first book came out, i read it in middle school. And I used to like it a lot. Then i grew up and realized what 'selfish bitch' meant and i stopped liking it.

I feel… Continue

SAW 6

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

It's halloween time, so it's time for yet another SAW film.
We're now on the 6th part of this series,
and i know i'm not the only one who has been watching the slow decline of these films over time.
I found those last two that came out almost unbearable if you try to invest any actual interest in the plot. Because it falls into that whole idea wher… Continue

Where the Wild Things Are in IMAX

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

We all have the desire to scape the real world sometimes.
Because... plain and simple. Life is hard.
But, how do you explain this to a child?
Children are smart... almost too smart. But, they lack wisdom and experience at the same time.
So, when a piece of work comes out that is able to explain this to them just right...
It deserves to be looked at… Continue

Zombieland (the movie)

The ever-rising and intensifying of the genre of zombie films is making me very happy :)
It is a style that can be approached as either a tough sci-fi piece (28 Weeks Later), a horror film (Dawn of the Dead 1978), or a comedic gore-fest (Zombie Strippers). Zombieland falls under the… Continue

The Toys of Time in 3D

The Toy Story series is based on one of the earliest Pixar works in 1988. Which has gained much respect as a major milestone in the history of film. Pixar is a leading Disney-based company that has proved itself to be superior in animation, slowly becoming more and more significant over the years. A… Continue

Hello yourself , Jenny!..=D
Nice to hear back from you..=D
I know what you mean..small talk can be a bit tedious..there has to be something more to say, right?
So the relatives are all ready there, huh?...and so it begins.....=D
U have one brother that is 12 years older & 1 sister that is 2 years older.
How do you like being the lone child?

Well it is so nice of your grandpa to be so honest with his observations..LOL..has he always been that way?
I am sure that you are smart enough to take care of yourself, although I am sure it is most welcoming to get helpful dieting tips...LOL

I just don't like the idea of you getting ganged up on...but I guess you are used to it by now & can just shut it out. Luckily you have a good head on your shoulders.

Sorry to hear about your Dad..that must be very frustrating for him. I hear that sometimes, when people suffer from a head injury it really affects their emotions..they can get angry very easily..that is what happened to my friend's ex=boyfriend, when they were hit head on in a car crash.
I am not sure why they think it is acceptable to be so abusive to your Dad...he deserves better..at least you two have each other....

That is funny about the food..I thought for sure that someone must be Greek..lol...hey if it is good & you can cook it right..why not?

Well I really liked A Christmas Carol..I see that Mr Burton said it put him to sleep..LOL...and he saw it in 3D as well..but I don't see how you can fall asleep in a movie like that..LOL...I am confused....I love the story to begin with & I thought it was an interesting take on it...Scrooge looks rather disgusting up close..LOL...to be if you want a bit of a thrill ride see it in 3D..if not go to a 2D showing..maybe you need to ask him why it put hims to sleep...=D
You let me know, if you decide to see it or not....

Well I hope that you do have a great Holiday & enjoy all of that great food..
Yes..we are in the same time zone...=D

Hi Jen, nice to meet you! Looking at your page I see the Lord of the Rings trilogy missing from your fav movies. I confess to love it, if for no other reason than it was filmed in my back yard down here in New Zealand. But I do like most of your list, so you're a good friend. :)
