I reffer here to seasons 12 and 13 because I for one found them incredibly unfunny and boring. They didn't have that South Park feeling and humor to it.I only found 3 maybe 4 episodes funny from those seasons.
What do you people think?
Just a 17 year old European interested in talking about movies.Good ones,Bad ones and Masterpieces. So feel free to send me a message.

I agree, Godfather 2's use of flashbacks to show the side-by-side comparison is great. It's one of the multiple reasons it's such a great movie by itself. Like I said earlier though, we are talking 1/2 of point difference. lol
Man, that's a tough question. That's almost like asking if I like my left nut or right nut more?
I'd have to go with the Godfather 1 as the better one. Not due to any flaws of part 2 or "improvements" in the first one. But, just because Godfather 1 sets the stage for the greatness of Godfather 2. It tells why Michael's in power, where the history of the "New York situation" comes from. Why you don't want to piss off Michael. How Tom's involved and why he's left in charge while Michael goes to Cuba. What's the deal with Fredo being so "weak" as a man in a manly world. So many things are established in the first one that comes back into play for the second one.
I have to say that if you were to give them a "number rating", I'd have to go with Godfather 2 as 9/10, and Godfather 1 as 9.5/10. Both have some outstanding moments that have defined cinema for the last 40yrs.
But if I have my choice? I'd rather watch the "Coppola Compilation" where they show Godfather 1 and 2 together in the proper time-line, where you get all the "Flashbacks" from part 2, then Godfather 1, then present day part 2 with all the "deleted scenes" added back in. Sure, it takes about 6hrs to watch, but it's so compelling that way.
Hey Harvald, I added a "Top 50 Scariest Movies of All Time" *imho* discussion
to the Forums section. Curious to see what ya think, care to add some of your own?
Hey, no problem Harvald! It helps tremendously my friend. I LOVE world cinema, but don't get around to watching it all *who has the time?*, I tend to focus on Asian cinema, and rely on friends, such as you, to inform me about great films I am unaware of. *again thank you for the recommendations!*
hmmm.. I don't care if they are re-animated Nazis *instead of true zombies*
I still want to check out "Dead Snow" (Død snø). *looks like fun!*
Hey Harvald,
If you have a chance, ANY Star Wars fan should check out
"Hidden Fortress". Yeah Lucas modelled Jedai on samurai, even got the name jedai from "jedaigeki" the japanese term "period piece" describing films in the age of the samurai (Edo, and Late Heian periods). I like this genre, but I really LOVE the chambara "sword fight" movies. It's interesting to note,
chambara comes from "chan chan bara bara" an onomatopoeia for swords clashing!
lol... I forgot about "Reptilicus" being a Danish film * have it in my Monster movie collection* I'm DYING for "Dead Snow" to come out here! * I don't care if it's crappy, if it's about zombies , I usually try to check it out!* You aren't refering to the American film "The Norseman" starring Lee Majors, are you? hmmm I dunno.. to dismiss Swedish film altogether would piss off a lot of Ingmar Bergman fans! Have you seen "The Seventh Seal" or
"Wild Strawberries"? Even if Bergman is NOT your cup of tea, there is NO denying his influence on cinema and other film makers. Besides Bergman, have you seen "Ondskan a.k.a. Evil", "Frostbiten", or "Let the right one in"?
All interesting films to come out of Sweden in the last decade. I saw the Yugoslavian (Bosnian?) film "Time of the Gypsies" a long time ago *was pretty good!*
To be honest I had NOT heard of the Romanian movies you mentioned.
"Michael the Brave" sounds facinating! I need to find "Furia", The Death of Mr. Lazarescu", and "4 Months 3 Weeks and 2 Days" and check them out.
Thanks for the recommendations!
Hey Harvald, Thanks for sharing your opinion of "Metropolis"!
Actually have you seen Akira Kurosawa's "The Hidden Fortress"?
THERE is the "blueprint" for "Star Wars"!
2 bumbling idiots one fat n one thin, get mixed up with a renegade General
*Toshiro Mifune in a combo Obi-wan, Luke ,Han Solo role*
trying to save a fleeing Princess from the clutches of Villianess forces!
I am in the middle of making a MEGA list of my FAVORITE movies from around the world *stuck in Asia, haven't got to Europe yet!*
I LOVE the films of Aki Kaurismaki, (from Finland) "Man without a past",
"Leningrad Cowboys Go America".
I find it a bit harder to find certain cinema from Europe:
I LOVE films from France, Italy, Germany, and Spain.
Slowly getting turned onto films from Russia, Sweden, Finland, etc.
Do you have suggestions of films I should check out from Nordic countries and Romania?

Hello Harvald, *Velkommen* welcome to the Spill community!
Are you excited for James Cameron's new film "Avatar"?
Have you seen Fritz Lang's "M' or "Metropolis"?
Runners Up:

14. Jeremiah Johnson
13. Serpico - Actually, this movie & the next two, while I remember enjoying watching 'em, it's been such a long time, I wuld need to give 'em each a rewatch to see how much better they would rank on m...
