Thanks =) My birthday day was great, we sat around watching teen movies, some of which included, she's all that, not another teen movie, and 10 things I hate about you. So it was a really fun day, lol I haven't seen some of those movies in forever!

Hiiiiii, I'm at work and borrrrred. Closing early coz I dont see the point in us being open this late - lots of lookey-loos but they aren't buying much. Respectable total tho, so maybe it just seems un-busy coz you did everything before you left. ZOMG Jay said today that Samuel had asked him for work - I made noises about Samuel being unreliable, but pls do the same. Coz man dont want him with us again *shudder*. Anyway how u??

I know, right, the fridges should be on in the morning at least. I turn them off (if Jay hasn't already) a couple of hours before we close, because they stay cold until closing, but if he turns them off before 6 at night (which he often does), theres no way theyre cold in the morning at 10am! Thats silly =(

I did nothing this weekend lol, it was too hot to even think about it. Did a bit of shopping, but thats about all. Yeah Jay told me about early start, which I'm not that happy about (except I get to see you =D) coz its Graces birthday on wednesday. I asked Tony if he could work Wed night for me, but dont mention to Jay coz Tony still hasn't got back to me. I can DEFINITELY look over it for you! No probs =D and if you like we can get together this weekend or something. So is work boring today? Grace had such a slow day yesterday that Jay actually got her to close at 9 ugh...

Are you kidding?! God the nerve of some customers!! Oh speaking of which I heard that I got complained about on Tuesday, some Woman rung up saying I had shitty customer service. LoL. Well I hate to say it, but that woman on the phone was actually a man!!!!!!! I kid you not! He was one of those men who like other men and talk like women lol. But yeah he was so annoying, like seriously, he came in looking for a fight about the whole "transfering memberships" thing. And he just wouldn't get that I can't just magically pull his membership information out of the magical computer I keep in my arse for such an occasion! Which is pretty funny because on Monday night I had another dude come in and bitch that his membership had been transferred to our store and he didn't want to be a member, I was all "well sir it turns out you aren't a member with us because we don't do transfers, you actually have to sign up!" He was so pissy..... about NOTHING!

Hahaha true, grumpy bugger. Phil was in having a good perve around too last night lol. He came to get some DVDs, nd then asked if he could just have a look, so said sure - I guess its coz we're so amazingly awesome.... or whatever =P

Last night was sooooooo quiet, did you see how damn quiet argh.... You should see if there's any other weeklies that have more han 2 copies on the shelf coz there were for a while, we were trying to find them but its hard to catch them. For a while there Leon just put heaps on weekly, which is lame. Waaaaahh I don't want to go to wooooorrrrrkkkk..... :P
