Nice to hear back from you ..never satisfied, eh?...well you have to try & think about the little things, starting with each day that you wake up...that you are able to walk..to see ..to listen...to speak....think of how many people have to rely on someone just to get out of bed...I am happy, if the Sun is out & the temperature is nice & today we finally had a perfect Fall day..=D..so that was something to be happy about..at least people liked you..=D..that is a good start...I like you...and you are a talented person with some great perspective on things...

Here's a bit from my past....
When I was in high School..I was about as depressed as a person could be....I didn't want to get out of bed on the weekends...sometimes I would just lock myself away in my room..away from the outside world..and there were times when I contemplated suicide....I didn't think I was worthy of this life...and I was teased enough that I figured, if you can't beat em ..join em...so I decided I would come up with better put downs about myself and beat them to the punch...and I got quite good at it...but I thought I was such a fuck-up that if I did try & kill myself I would screw that up as well & end up paralyzed or some shit...even worse off than I was.....
It was always easier to believe the bad things..you know?
Not sure how I did it..but one day I stopped letting people treat me like a welcome mat & I stuck up for myself...I started realizing that I wouldn't be able to please everybody & I wouldn't be able to be friends with everybody & I had to accept the fact that some things are beyond my control...and for the most part I take those things in & I mull them around a bit sometimes I laugh about them and I let them go.... ...construcutive criticism in one thing ..but being a total jackass is another..
In truth I don't give a fuck..but somedays I slip back into old habits & on those days when I am too tired or not feeling well or having a bad day...those trivial things get to me...I will get over it more quickly as I do now..sometimes I just have to share it with people & sometimes I just need a bit of support...or validation
I know that I have people supporting me ..I know I have people standing behind me...
and I know that you are one of them...guess I just felt the need to tell you...
I think by our 4th podcast ..we are getting better...it is easy to talk to him & I love talking to him..so in that respect it is fun....just hanging out with a friend...

But then I heard I was being trashed in a chatroom & that sort of burst my bubble..they were talking about the sound of my voice & how boring it was...=(.....there goes the wind in my sails....maybe I should rethink this thing

Here is the deal...we didn't record a podcast with music..what happened was we were only able to put a link in the group..so I guess Splinter decided to convert it to a MP3 and when he did so...um..he added music...=(..I am getting some feedback on it & you are not the only that has complained..so it shouldn't be like that in the 2nd one..now if this does happen again..my nephew is posting the podcast @ www.movie-reviewer.com & there will be no music on those ones..he takes the podcasts & cleans them up for us..fixes the sound & such..we are still trying to figure out the best way to fix it...so we will get there..that site I mentioned will be a site that I hope to have up & running pretty soon for my own movie reviews....that is why we are posting the podcasts there..my nephew got it set up for me..he is cool like that..so please give the second one a chance..and thank you so much for the great feedback ..I really appreciate it..=D..I am just glad that you joined the group & that you took the time to listen..thanks for the support..it means a lot to me...it really does...=D..
