In case you haven't already watched it a hundred times, here's the new trailer. Team Jacob fans will not be disappointed and from the looks of it, there will probably be a Team Edward one in the near future. I just want to say that everything look...

I think I've aged out of this demographic but my pre-teen son who read the Twilight series and loved it is psyched it's coming out in graphic novel form. He thinks it's a great way to get other guys to get into the series. I haven't decided how ...

About Me:
I've loved going to the movies ever since my dad got me a giant bucket of popcorn and took me to see the first Star Wars film in the theater. Going to the movies was the only thing to do for fun in my tiny town and I've seen plenty. It's still one of my most favorite things to do. I wish I had an IMAX nearby. Despite my lack of giant viewing opportunities, one of the best parts of summer is taking my boys to the Drive-in (there's 2 locally). We get our jammies on, pop grocery bags full of popcorn and fill the car with pillows and stuffed animals. AWESOME!!
All Time Favorite Movies:
Return of the Jedi, Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, Lord of the Rings - Return of he King, Slumdog Millionaire, Rudy, The Notebook (go ahead - laugh). Sophie's Choice, Singin' in the Rain. Citizen Kane, To Kill a Mockingbird, The Godfather - classics. Necessary Roughness and Robinhood Men in Tights - just for laughs. Better Off Dead. I love movie musicals - Wizard of Oz, Sound of Music, West Side Story, Hairspray, so many more....Favorite Disney Films: Sleeping Beauty (since I was 5), Mulan (best kick-butt heroine), Toys Story 1&2, the Incredibles.
All Time Worst Movies:
Howard the Duck - awesome comic, sucky movie. Also Buckaroo Bonzai- hated it at the time but perhaps I should revist it since so many here seem to like it. Sitting through Star Warss the Clone Wars was torture. The animated Road to El Dorado - the only movie I've ever fallen asleep in and it was a matinee.
Favorite Actors or Actresses:
George Clooney (swoon), Alan Rickman (best bad guy), Emma Thompson (classy), Denzel Washington (always cool), Maggie Smith (Dame!), Johnny Depp (versatile). Kate Winslet (heartfelt), Robert Downey Jr.(uber-talented), Cate Blanchett (powerful), Sean Penn (brave), Julianne Moore (elegant), Barry Pepper (under-rated), Zooey Deschanel (quirky and fun). Watching West Wing re-runs lately also reminded me how much I loved that show and what an amazing cast they had, especially Allison Janney and Richard Schiff.

Their A Christmas Carol is VERY authentic...it's just that the parts that always impacted me the most are over done with stunts and special effects. I might feel different if i were now a kid and this was my first exposure to the story.

Yes I have always been interested in becoming a writer and I think its good for me to write cause I have a very good imagination. I find some truth in the saying that The Pen is mightier than the sword so I hope my pen has the power of the Force so I hope that'll be enough lol. May the Force be with you in your writting to and I hope you are sucsessful!

I always reply to my comments years after anyone has posted them haha. Those videos were awesome! I showed them to my sis as well!! Have you seen this?

My sis says they all sound like pigs go to slaughter and I choked on my food from laughing. But, the clips look good. I'm surprised they showed the 1st clip considering its the vital point in the book.

Hey Fab, just to elaborate a little more on my response. I also feel that the water drinking scene in the cave was rushed, but that's sort of the problem with all the movies if you ask me. They just don't have time to impart the resonance that the book achieved when you experienced them that way. Sometimes when I'm watching the movies I wonder how anyone who didn't read the books even has a clue what the hell is going on.

I do have to say that I think David Yates has done a really good job with the last two movies over all and feel I can look forward to the next two installments of the last book. Do you feel the same?

Do trailers spoil movies?

The short answer is: YES! Having said that, there are a few exceptions. I saw the trailer for the Coen brothers new film “A Serious Man” in the theater recently and it was so convoluted, I couldn’t figure out what the hell it was about. For the most part, however, I have come to the conclusion that most trailers give away too much of the films. “The Hangover” is just one of many movies that revealed its best joke/jokes in the trailer. How many times have you seen a film where you’ve already seen… Continue

New Harry Potter Trailer!

Everyone who read the book is going to love this trailer because we see a lot of those OMG scenes from the book you're so happy they included in the film. I'm still scratching my head at the PG rating but crossing my fingers that the over all film is going to be fantastic! Enjoy Potterfiles!

A Twilight Fan's Honest Review of the Movie

As a huge fan of the book series, I really wanted to love Twilight the movie but OME - Rob Pattinson was HORRIFIC as Edward! And not in a way that you want vampires to be......The opening sequence where Bella leaves Phoenix for Forks had real promise. Kristin Stewart was quite good in the role but I missed all this "on-screen chemistry" everyone was hyping. People in the theater were laughing in all the wrong places. Edward's reaction to Bella in that first Biology class was ridiculous. Now I kn… Continue
