All he's saying is when you criminalize certain things in our society, that people are gonna do anyways, you create more crime. Just like alcohol prohibition had gangsters doing extremely violent crimes in the 1920's to 1930's. The hookers in Amsterdam aren't all cracked out, nor do they have hella STD's, because with legalization you get standards to protect them. Amsterdam's crack and heroin addicts don't rob people, because they get safer medical grade narcotics from clinics for free. I kinda feel you, because I have a little cousin out there selling her body, but I would rather know where the fuck she is. If it was legal and we had a Red Light District in my city, she would probably be over there, staying clean and making some real paper, like those bitches at the Bunny Ranch in Reno. It's not like anything you say is gonna stop those type of females from sucking and fucking for money anyways. You just gotta hope and pray that they're sane enough to figure it out on their own at some point, and not have to worry about some pimp getting them strung out or killing them.
