I honestly did not expect the show to be exactly like the book, but the problems I had are what I listed. Of course it isn't going to be a carbon copy; what book translates perfectly into a different medium?
My main point was that the things that they changed that I had the biggest problem with were the things that needed to be followed more closely.
My rant was more written for people that have read the books rather than people who haven't, though everyone is obviously welcome to their opinions.
