The Artist: Movie Review

"The Artist" Writer and Director: Michel HazanaviciusStars: Jean Dujardin, Bérénice Bejo and John Goodman"The Artist" has received an abundance of praise and awards since it's limited release back in late November. Knowing that, I saw the film with high expectations. Sadly, I was left empty and wanting more."The Artist" follows the life of a silent film actor, George Valentin (Jean Dujardin). George is the "it guy" in the 1920's vision of Hollywood; he's good looking, charming, and has a…See More

"Warrior" looks and sounds like a type of film we've all seen before; except this time, it actually works.

About Me:
Honestly, there's really not that much to say. My favorite things are movies, music, and video-games. I dream of working in the movie business one day, but I know the chances of me full-filling that dream will most-likely never happen. Though, that does'nt mean I have shut movies out of my dreams, and life completely. Some of my favorite directors are: Christopher Nolan,The Coen Brothers, Quentin Tarantino, David Fincher, Martin Scorsese, and most recently: J.J. Abrams.
All Time Favorite Movies:
Batman Begins, The Dark Knight, Fight Club, Inception, The Prestige, Star Trek (2009)The Godfather,Scarface™, Reservoir Dogs, Crazy Heart, SE7EN, From Dusk Till Dawn, American Psycho, Disturbia, Gran Torino, Ace Ventura: Pet Detective (Terrible, but funny), The Shawshank Redemption, Pulp Fiction, No Country For Old Men, Star Wars, A Clockwork Orange, Goodfellas, 127 Hours, Spider-Man 1 and 2, Rise of the Planet of the Apes, Super 8, The Matrix (the first one), The Big Lebowski, True Grit, O' Brother, Where Art Thou?, Fargo, Kick-Ass, 500 Days of Summer, Memento, The Hangover, Inglourious Basterds, Halloween, District 9, Caddyshack, Harry Potter films, Stand By Me, Shaun of the Dead, The Social Network, Dumb and Dumber, Planes, Trains and Automobiles, Hot Fuzz, Zombieland, Trick 'r Treat, Pirates of the Caribbean: Curse of the Black-Pearl, Step Brothers, Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby, Pineapple Express, 300, The Simpsons Movie, Superbad, Lords of Dogtown, I am legend, Tropic Thunder, The Cable Guy, Big Fish, SWEENEY TODD, Secret Window, Iron Man, and the first Half of Death-Proof,
All Time Worst Movies:
Rob Zombie's Halloween 2, Batman and Robin, Twilight Saga (Those movies are nothing, but a disgrace), and the second half of Death-Proof.

That's all I remember, I try to stay away from shit movies.
Favorite Actors or Actresses:
Christian Bale, Heath Ledger, Gray Oldman, Daniel Radcliffe, Jeff Bridges, Joseph-Gordon Levitt, Emma Watson, James Franco, Seth Rogen, Jim Carrey, Morgan Freeman, Robert De Niro, Brad Pitt, Sam Jackson in Pulp Fiction, John Goodman in The Big Lebowski, Tommy Lee Jones, and Javier Bardem in No Country for Old Men.
Favorite Directors:
Christopher Nolan,The Coen Brothers, Quentin Tarantino, David Fincher, Martin Scorsese, and most recently: J.J. Abrams.

Out of all of those though, Chris is my favorite. Without him, I doubt I'd look at movies the way I do.
