The Matrix thing isn't just to be contraversial! Im a big fan of all the stuff the wakowskis cribbed from! I love Ghost in The Shell and Akira but i'd rather watch the Tetsuo films or some old school John Woo! not to mention all the literary material they plagerised! I give them credit for 3 things

1. Managing to film a living anime.
2. Getting away with it as if they are some kind of geniuses!
3. Everyone thinking they invented imersive Slow motion which admittedly they updated and called 'Bullet Time'.

It just pissed me off after a while that none of it felt original, Keanu (really Can't act) Reeves was super monotone dogshit, and all the complete cheesy lines like ''I know Kung-Fu!'' Whoa!
And the characters! Please!!!
He's called Tank coz he's big and he's called Mouse coz he's small!

It's probably the most highly rated movie i've come so close to walking out of!
And honestly when the cinema went wild with applause at the end I was genuinely gobsmacked coz i thought everyone was hating it! lol!

I've tried to watch it again a few times but it does nothing for me!

I haven't got around to recording a review yet - work has been pretty busy, maybe due to all the time i spend watching the spill crew reviews. I'm gonna try and get my little bros camera wokrign tonight and record my first one on 'the Big Labowski'.

Over here in the UK it cost like £6-8 to see a film in the cinema so i pretty much only watch rental so most of my reviews are gonna be old but quality, particularly films to-rent-or-not-to rent ('that is the question') when your having
