I liked the one pic of "Little Odessa" in Brooklyn. I remember stopping off there and getting confused by all the sign changes. One of the more wonderous flavors of NYC.
Nothing particular or of interest has stood out in my life thus far. I am your generic white adolescent male; typical and trivial, I fit the mold to a tee. I currently aspire to make it in the film industry, but then again so do alot of people here. Still, one can dream; albeit not for long, else you wake up behind the burger grill.
All Time Favorite Movies:
Hmmm.... so many to choose from. The one that sticks out in my mind though is Michael Mann's Heat. Reason is because of how he blends style and substance giving you that feeling for immersiveness and escape.
You could also say the same thing for District 9, Memento and alot of Kubrick's films.
That said there is still a lot to like about a film and it doesn't necessarily have to do this, but the ones that do find a way to blend substance and style tend to stand out.
All Time Worst Movies:
I feel the worst kinds of movies are those that bad but don't retain that B-movie charm.
Gigili
Transformers 2
adventures of pluto Nash
North
Norbit
and anything by Uwe Boll
Favorite Actors or Actresses:
nobody stands out in my mind. So long as they can give a I'm all game.
This is a group for all who appreciate the works
of the literary genius Richard Adams, creator of
Watership Down(1972) and Plague Dogs(1977).
Fans of both the books and classic movies.
