I finished watching Kick Ass roughly an hour ago, so believe me when I tell you it's fresh in my mind. sorry for that.....your comment sort of got lost in the mix....and my time here has been pretty sporadic at best....

I finally saw Midnight in Paris and I agree...I loved it...made me sooooo want to go to Paris...sort of like a valentine to Paris.....I think it was one of Owen Wilson's better roles....

Just saw The Woman in Black...I loved it....it was creepy...a bit funny.. a great ghost tale.....

and The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo was pretty good as well....I plan to see The Grey this week....

Evan will be turning 12 on Feb 29th..this year he gets to celebrate on his real birthday......he is growing up way too fast.

Hey there...

sorry for such a late response...but since I have not heard back again from you...you must be dealing with it ok..LOL

He didn't have many stories to tell..just sounds like he had a good time and wants to go back for a week next year..not sure he had a whole lot of time to do much....I just got back from his house not too long ago..his Dad was having a Halloween party...the most fun that I have had in a while....just a great group of people...they always have good parties.....some fun costumes...Evan is going to be Cartman from South park..."Respect my authority"..he has the bade and sunglasses to go with it..but alas...no big wheel..LOL..yes that is the right movie....=D

Have you seen Walking Dead over there?..or American Horror Story?

The last movie that I saw was The Ides of March,,,,very good...I am thinking Ryan Gosling is really coming into his own....he has had 3 great performances this year....I still love Mr Clooney..but Ryan is becoming a front runner..I really liked him in Crazy, Stupid Love.....

I am looking forward to Tower Heist...The new Harold & Kumar movie and of course, Puss in Boots....LOL

I have been more into tv shows lately.....

Well Evan liked the camp...he wants to go back next year for a week this time....it ended up only being for less than 3 days...but from what I understand they have so many activities that they can do....and to answer your question...it is a Christian camp..so I guess it involves some kind of religious stuff as well as the other activities...

I saw 30 Minutes or Less which was pretty funny and I loved The Help......

I am going to see My Idiot Brother next week..and I saw The Debt today..that was a really good film...

ever heard of One Day?

Well Evan goes back to school on Tuesday..so his Summer break is almost over..now he starts middle school...

so he is moving on to the big leagues....and Kendal starts 2nd grade.....

I use Foxfire now...

How's Evan?..=D...well he is growing up wayyyyy too fast....I don't get to see him as much..I need to plan a date with him.....he has his own phone now, so that keeps him busy....I got him hooked on the Hunger Games Trilogy....he is a big time reader now...he wants to be in the Hunger Games movie....that book is his favorite now...

I can see him as an actor...he went to a wedding with his parents just before 4th of July and then flew with his parents a few days later to Texas..he is quite the traveler...he is excited about camp at the end of the Summer...hope that works out for him...thanks for asking..he is the greatest kid..I miss him a lot...=(

Saw Insidious the other day ..what a great scary ghost film.....

I am ready for the potter movie this weekend..should be fun....

geeeez....I am sooooo sorry....seems you have had a bad run with health lately....and I know about back pain.....I hope that gets better for you very soon....damn.....that must be sooo frustrating...what are you doing with all the books?

 I am doing ok..went back to the foot Dr and he put another shot in the nerve....and I had to have him cut on my big toe...it has become ingrown on part of it...and I will go back and get the other done in another week or so....when he cut that part out..I was surprised how deep it went...so now I am soaking it....it was just another painful thing at the end of the day..hope it helps....

 

Yes I liked The Big C a lot....well there is a reason why the dog keeps showing up and when you find out you go..."ohhhhh right"..so it is not annoying plot device as it might look in the trailer....yes she is quite good in it as well as the rest of the cast....very funny.....yes that was a good movie...I saw that as well....

I am watching the third season of True Blood..so far I am liking it a lot and I just started the first season of The Middle...

I agree about Bridesmaids.....I loved it...the other movie that made me laugh was Cedar Rapids......soooo funny...

but yes, I liked it better than The Hangover...going to see Horrible Bosses this weekend...and of course next weekend is Potter...=D

Hello there...

Well... the new office seems to be ok..everyone is nice and we are all starting to mesh a bit as we get to know each other...another new person started a few weeks ago..so they are having a bit to adjust to as well.....but in all seriousness I cannot complain.....it could be so much worse.......BUT no shenanigans, I am afraid....=(..LOL

 

I guess we are just taking it as our new reality....she just seems better now that she is getting therapy..and she is breathing better and staying awake more..she is more like herself....BUT my Mom s a very social person..just wish more of her friends would visit her...

 

A sick day for stress?..LOL..I wish....I just took a vacation day off yesterday..so I had along weekend..so that has been nice..I go back to the Dr after work on Monday...for a follow up visit...so I guess I will see how that goes...

I have been experiencing more pain lately ...-=(

We had some really hot weather here...it was in the 90's with a heat index of 105...that is a bit too hot for me...

Well....

I haven't seen Game of Thrones...but I want to see it..I am watching Dexter season 4 and The Big C season 1...

Hey there...

sorry for the late reply....

between trying to go back to work...and get adjusted to a new office ...with new people...and trying to be back on my feet..it has been even harder than expected..on top of that..my Mom went back in to the hospital and now she is back in the rehabilitation place to try and do therapy and get stronger....it is hard to see her going through all of it again..and by the time I leave work and try to vist..I am so wiped out...it is just taking it's toll on me... a bit of an emotional wreck...

Hope things are going better for you...we have had so much rain...I was wondering if the ark was on it's way...I am hoping today is better..I am going to my nephew's party and I hope to get a bit of sun and just relax....
