On the video that you want to post that's on Youtube, under the video click on the button that says, "share" then click on the button "embed," then make sure to check the box that says "use old embed code" for some reason the new one doesn't seem to work on Spill. Once you do that, just copy the embed code and paste it. Either on your page, comments, or blog posts on Spill.
