It is true about Edison. Historical reports have varied to some extent with his douchebaggery but its hard to deny that he was a HARDCORE money grubbing capitalist who employed workers under bad conditions and paid them a pittance. Much like Kathy Lee Gifford. My relative was also (according to my grandmother) best friends with Edison and famously said "I guess the old man will be needing me now" the night of Edison's funeral and went upstairs and died in his sleep.
