B.O.B 9000 posted a statusFrom looking through the 90+ films I've seen this year, it's immensely encouraging to see how much I've liked so many films this year, and that it got incredibly difficult to narrow down my favorite films this year to ten; some of my honorable mentions are pretty great movies, and have just missed my list. 2011 was a fairly strong year, and 2012 was even better, so I'm hoping the quality continues on in 2013.

Well... wow! To my surprise and delight, 2011 has been quite a strong year for movies, definitely better than 2010. Looking at the upcoming films for 2012, I actually see quite a lot of promise. These are some of the movies I'm most looking forward to in 2012. Keep note: It was hard for me to list them in a numbered order, and I don't have a #1 most anticipated out of all the others for 2012, so I just listed them alphabetically.

2011, surprisingly, has not been a bad year for films in my opinion. The first couple of months were kind of lackluster, but the year got progressively better. A lot of the films this year have more life and energy to them than last year, and I've seen quite a few films that will definitely be on my best-of list at the end of the year.
