Pineapple Express
Pineapple Express is from the creators of Superbad and Knocked Up. It stars Seth Rogen as Dale Denton and James Franco as Saul. Dale and Saul have to go on the run after witnessing a murder by a cop and another drug dealer. The cop and The drug dealer are able to track them down because Dale drops a special kind of weed at the crime scene, and Saul is the only person in the whole town with this kind of weed.
