Wanna hear audio commentary of some of our favorites or worse favorite films of all time, from a bunch of hacks, ugh...I mean Nerds? Then check out the group before the site is up!
This is a group set up to celebrate our favorite little nerdling Jason A.K.A. Fish. He's going off to collage so as a gift to him I have created this group.
For the first time on Spill.Com, Spill Members from Great Britain and the United States bring to Spill a weekly podcast where ALL Spill members are welcome to appear as guests and speak on what's on their minds on Spill and everything else.
I am an artist, a nerd, a science dork, sarcastic to a fault, and a little too intense when I argue. I love to read, I like to watch movies, and I don't watch TV. I love animals, nature, board games, hanging out and drinking with friends. I am a huge fan of musicals, and Star Trek, but if they ever combined the two I'd probably lose the little faith I had in humanity. I have two cats, but am not a crazy cat lady because of the very fact that I'm pretty sure 3 is the required number. I hate ignorance and proud stupidity, Will Ferrell and Rob Schneider. I less than 3 perfect strangers gratuitously.
I also dislike about me blurbs, because people are way to complicated to narrow down. :D .....or at least some people are.
All Time Favorite Movies:
I'm really not all that difficult to please. The only things I require are good direction, good acting, good script, well conceived concept.....ok, I'm kind of a movie snob, only kind of, because there are some bad ones I can appreciate. Unfortunately I haven't actually sat down and compiled a list of movies. However...
I LOVE animation. LOVE it.
Some animation favorites include:
The Plague Dogs (if you aren't bawling at the end you have no soul :| A beautiful animation style combined with a heart wrenching story make this a must watch imo)
All Dogs go to Heaven, Secrets of NIMH, Land before Time (I love Don Bluth at his best. The character interactions, smooth animation , distinctive style, and always talented voice actors as well as complex stories make for stimulating and beautiful movies. I also enjoy the animation and eye candy of Anastasia.)
Beauty and the Beast, Pinocchio, Lion KIng (I don't care if it just might possibly be a rip off ;p ) , well...when Disney was at their height, they pumped out some top notch high quality animation. I must admit I enjoyed the flop Treasure Planet, there really is some awesome stuff in there.
Howl's Moving Castle, Spirited Away and Princess Mononoke. Lets face it, if you can't appreciate the beauty and elegance of Hayao Miyazaki, you are blind, and possibly retarded.
Iron Giant, not only was it Vin Diesel's best performance to date, the story and really awesome animation make it a classic....plus giant robots from outer space are just fucking awesome.
And thus I hit a brick wall. That is nowhere near a conclusive list of favorite animations, and I should probably get around at some point and include at least a half assed live action movie list.

There's a better way of looking at the Gargoyles from Hunchback. Instead of being a form of "kiddifying" an otherwise mature movie, look at them as hallucinatory extensions of Quasimodo's psyche.
If you find a older podcast that doesn't work, would you let me know?
I am trying to get on the Spill crew about this problem we have been having with this.

This is a meet up group for New York Spillers, It’s less about partying but more about socializing with Spill members and anybody else that’s interested in attending.
