Why thank you. => Was given to me. I liked it a lot so I put it on the feature wall. Think I'll just use the feature wall for that kind of stuff now.

i have not heard anything about that one, but i like girly movies sometimes... but yeah, where the wild things was amazing... the reviewers here on spill didn't think too much of it. i think they are lacking in heart, or anything that could be considered human emotion. very sad for them... i feel it is not the greatest movie ever, but it really touched me... not in a "by my uncle" kind of way, but in a really awesome connection to what i believe is a deep part of the psyche that many have explored with film, but not with such grace, subtlety, and beauty...

not as much as i would like to... i did see where the wild things are today, though. loved it. i am a sentimental fool, so coming of age self-actualization movies that are done well tend to get me... other than that, zombie land is the only other movie i've seen since i got back . liked it a lot too as well... similar reasons, but add in zombie destruction... looking forward to a little more... but i start working son, so i have to be a little more mindful of free time... something i am sure a student would know nothing about... ;)

sounds a lot like what i just escaped... it already started snowing there this last week. i am not totally averse to that kind of weather, really. the real issue is that i live in a small village over there, and doing anything is a hassle when it is icy or snowy... it is much easier to work here, save money, stay with friends, and enjoy weekends at the pool... some day, with all that book learnin' and big money job that book learnin' gets ya, you can travel to warmer spots for the winter... somewhere on an island... with coconut drinks that have little umbrellas in them... small boys fanning you with palm leaves for candy and a few loonies...

it can get to freezing, but just for a few days... it is usually shorts and t-shirt weather except for a few weeks... maybe a few days are good for a jacket... but it's hard to tell when that is going to be... the weather changes pretty dramatically for a few days at a time... it's kinda fun...

What I was wondering is is it worth the extra money for the badges? I am a big Star Trek fan, and getting bigger the more I watch. Has anyone else bought this version and how good are the badges? Are they good replicas, or really cheap plastic? T...
