The Happeneing Red Band Reation
Last Year Aliens vs Preadetor 2 gave us a revolution (no matter how bad the film was). That came in the form of R-rated trailers condoned by the MPAA, or "Red Band" for short. There was a soild follow up from Beowulf, but that was about the end of it, Since then the Ren Band has been used but never to any great extent; sure Pinnapple Express looks great but not much better than the green band. You Don’t Mess with the Zohan!
Intro: Calling Adam Sandler a younger, less hairy, Will Feral wouldn’t be entirely inaccurate. They both got their start on SNL, they both have made serious films to flex their acting muscle with solid results, and finally they both seem to have a knack for producing the same film over and over with a new gimmick for the appearance of freshness.
