It's the way that they spelled Kick-ass.
Red Mist is "Ki", so I assume he'll be killed
Kick-ass is "CK", so I assume he's a cock
Hit-Girl is "-A", so I'm assuming she's going to be the "A minus" type student that's the brains of the group.
And Big Daddy is the "SS", so expect him to be all sorts of "Fascist" in his role.
But hey, who knows. Maybe someone at the printing company didn't know how to divide the picture, so they put Kick-Ass in there to help split up the posters properly.
